Product Quality

Each piece is designed in Nottingham, England by Katie Gillies and is carefully cast and handcrafted Katie and her small team, this means that each piece is unique in colour and design. Katie is specialises in using Jesmonite, which is an acrylic and resin based material, to create her colourful Terrazzo surfaces and products. Each piece is finished to the highest standard and inspected as it is being packed.

During Studio Sales there may be damaged or imperfect items available to buy, the product price will reflect the imperfections. Please read the product information carefully before buying and contact us for extra photos of the product if you are unsure.

Shipping Policy

Items will be handled and shipped as soon as possible after purchase, we are a very small team so this could take up to 3 weeks from date of order. If you have made a Pre-Order please be aware that the earliest dispatch date will be given on the website. You'll receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched. Remember to check your junk mail as you may find your shipping confirmation there.

Shipping prices directly reflect the cost of shipping your parcel. You are responsible for any duties and taxes incurred when the parcel crosses international borders, please be aware that this also includes EU countries after Brexit.

Most orders to the UK & EU that are under £100, are sent untracked unless otherwise stated - this also applies to rest of the world orders. If you haven't received your items within eight weeks of receiving a shipment notification, please get in touch as soon as possible.

Please be aware that we are having issues with shipping to EU countries due to Brexit and related border issues, if you are wanting to buy Katie Gillies products in the EU please see our current stockists list.

Katie Gillies Surface Design is not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged.

If your order is being delivered via a tracked service we ask that you please contact this courier with any queries or concerns first, if you are unable to get an adequate answer please email hello@katiegillies.com to look into any shipping issues.

In the rare case that an order is deemed 'undeliverable' and is returned to us, you will receive a refund for the products but not the shipping costs.

Returns Policy

If you'd like to return or exchange an item, just get in touch. Unfortunately we are unable to cover any postage costs but will always refund the item itself upon receipt, provided it is returned unused and in one piece.

If an item is defective when it arrives with you, please get in touch as soon as possible so that we can resolve this.

Privacy Policy

Information and data submitted through this website is private. We won't share your email address or personal info with anyone apart from the courier being used to deliver your parcel.
